Success Factor LLC - FZ is a dynamic startup HR recruitment and consultancy firm based in Dubai. The company is committed to enhancing talent acquisition and fostering sustainable growth through strategic HR solutions.
Position: Recruiter with HR Account Management Experience (Blue and White Collar)
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and professional video profiles of prospective candidates using multimedia tools.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage the preparation and execution of contracts.
- Handle and oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Lead recruitment efforts for positions across all levels, from blue-collar to senior management.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in HR consultancy.
- Expertise in multimedia recruitment strategies and video profiling.
- Proficiency with online recruiting platforms and tools.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Well-established network of potential candidates across various channels.
- A proactive approach to staying up-to-date with multimedia recruitment trends.
- Ability to coach candidates on how to create professional video profiles.
Requirements:
- Available to start within one week.
- Based in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
