Key Responsibilities:
WhatsApp Chatbot Creation: Design, build, and manage WhatsApp chatbot processes to enhance customer interaction and automation.
Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Photoshop Skills: Utilize Photoshop to create engaging visuals, including chatbot templates, buttons, and other graphical elements for better user engagement.
Chatbot Development: Work on chatbot integrations and ensure smooth functioning across platforms, with a focus on WhatsApp.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and managing WhatsApp chatbots.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop for creating visuals and design assets.
Experience with chatbot frameworks and automation tools (e.g., Twilio, ManyChat, Chatfuel, etc.).
Familiarity with API integrations and automating business processes.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
