We are a fast-growing HR consultancy startup seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to build and maintain a user-friendly mobile application.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy a scalable, cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android).
Integrate AI-powered chatbot to assist users (applicants, employers, partners) with guidance, onboarding, and relevant information.
Create personalized user journeys for various roles (e.g., job seeker vs. agency).
Ensure real-time communication, profile management, and AI-assisted navigation.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to ensure seamless user experience.
Maintain app performance, troubleshoot bugs, and implement updates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or native).
Familiarity with integrating AI/Chatbot services (e.g., Dialogflow, OpenAI, or similar).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Firebase/AWS, and backend integration.
Knowledge of user authentication, push notifications, and secure data handling.
Ability to work in a startup environment with a fast-paced, solution-driven approach.
Nice to Have:
Experience in HR tech or recruitment platforms.
UI/UX design familiarity.
