Job Description
As a Customer Service representative with tele sales skills, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role involves handling inquiries, offering our services, and pricing, resolving issues, and effectively promoting our services through telephone interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Promote and sell products or services to potential customers.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products or services to answer questions and provide information.
Document customer interactions and details of inquiries or sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any outstanding issues.
Meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or telemarketing/tele sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and software.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
