Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Emirati national to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant/Customer Support. As part of our Emiratization initiative, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in HR while contributing to the success of our organization. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administration.  
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related events.
  • Assist in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Emirati National (as part of the Emiratization program).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Motivated to develop a career in Human Resources

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
