Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service & Tele Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients.
This role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling our services—Babysitting, Nannies, and Housekeeping—and managing online calendars and scheduling through phone and chatbot communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and chatbot
- Promote and sell services through effective tele sales techniques
- Manage online calendars and scheduling for clients
- Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales
- Meet and exceed customer service and sales targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and tele sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with telecommunication tools and scheduling software
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently
