About the Role: We are a new HR consultancy startup seeking a talented and self-driven Digital Marketing Expert to support the creation and execution of a robust digital marketing strategy for our launch phase. This is a temporary, on-site role in Dubai, ideal for a freelancer or part-time professional looking to make a meaningful impact on an exciting new venture.

Location: Dubai (On-site)
Duration: Temporary | 5–8 hours/day
Visa Status: Candidate must be on own visa/sponsorship (freelancer or part-time)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy tailored for the startup HR consultancy launch.
Utilize AI tools to generate and optimize digital content and strategic planning.
Import and manage contact databases from platforms such as Outlook, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Conduct professional mass mailing and messaging campaigns to reach a broader audience.
Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, images, reels, and videos for paid campaigns.
Set up and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across appropriate channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and present results and insights effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, especially with startups or consultancy firms.
Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation and strategy (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.).
Hands-on experience with email and contact list management across platforms.
Expertise in content creation, social media management, and visual marketing tools.
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of marketing analytics and performance reporting.
Must be based in Dubai and able to work from our office 5–8 hours per day.
Must be on own visa/sponsorship (freelancer or part-time).
