Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance and satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Resolve complex customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement best practices for customer service processes to optimize efficiency and customer experience.
  • Maintain and monitor team KPIs, ensuring targets are met consistently.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (email, social media, search engines, etc.) to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyze customer insights and online behaviors to optimize digital marketing campaigns for better engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tools to drive traffic, optimize sales funnels, and improve customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of customer service and digital marketing efforts to maximize overall sales performance.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align customer service and digital marketing strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, customer feedback, and team KPIs to management.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in customer service and digital marketing to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service management or team leadership.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, with experience in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve both customer service and digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM software, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
