Job Description:

As a Receptionist cum Office Executive, your role is to provide exceptional front desk support while assisting with various office tasks. You play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our visitors and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
Assist in managing the office calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
