As a Recruitment Consultant (Generalist), you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct thorough job analysis and create compelling job descriptions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer stage
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on generalist roles
  • Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
