Recruiter – Domestic Staffing (Tagalog-Speaking Talent Focus)

We are a fast-growing HR consultancy startup based in Dubai, specializing in sourcing, placing, and managing high-quality blue-collar domestic staff — particularly Tagalog-speaking nannies, babysitters, and housekeepers — across the GCC and Europe. Our in-house division, Happy Helpers, supports both private households and corporate clients with reliable, vetted personnel.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter who understands domestic staffing and can hire Tagalog-speaking babysitters, nannies, caregivers, and other household staff.
This role also includes recruiting drivers, customer service, and operations staff for our HR consulting clients across the GCC and Europe.
You’ll spend around 30% of your time on internal HR and recruitment, and 70% on external client hiring and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and support internal team members (Happy Helpers).
Hire qualified Tagalog-speaking domestic staff for clients.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
Help candidates create professional profiles and video introductions.
Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
Maintain UAE labor law compliance and handle visa/documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in HR or recruitment (domestic or blue-collar staffing preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
Proven experience hiring for GCC or European markets.
Fluent in English; Tagalog or Arabic is a plus.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
2+ years recruiting female domestic staff.
2+ years experience in Dubai/UAE.
HR certification (optional but preferred).
