Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage the daily logistics of our babysitting, nanny, and housekeeping services. This role is crucial in ensuring timely service delivery through effective coordination between clients, field staff, and drivers. Location: UAE Full-Time | Salary: AED 3,500 - AED 4,500 per month
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee staff deployment, manage transport logistics, maintain service quality, and work closely with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Staff Scheduling & Deployment
- Assign staff based on booking calendar, availability, and location.
- Maintain and update staff rosters and shift schedules.
- Confirm job readiness and communicate assignments clearly.
B. Logistics Management
- Coordinate staff transport with drivers.
- Monitor active jobs to ensure timely service.
- Manage last-minute changes or emergency replacements.
C. Service Quality Oversight
- Ensure staff are prepared, presentable, and briefed before dispatch.
- Remain on-call during service hours to resolve issues.
- Follow up on client feedback and implement improvements.
D. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily reports on service delivery.
- Liaise with CSRs to handle special client requests and escalations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Dubai/UAE locations and logistics
- Experience in field or service operations (preferred)
- Proficient with scheduling tools and apps
- Fluent in English (Arabic or Tagalog is a plus)
