We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Intern or a Marketing Associate with 1–5 years of experience who is hungry to learn, experiment, and apply the latest digital marketing strategies.

You will support the end-to-end marketing efforts of our consultancy—from paid ads to social media content, automation, outreach, tracking, and growth initiatives.
 
This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, creative, and eager to adapt to fast-evolving marketing trends.
 
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Advertising & Paid Promotions
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Instagram/Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
 
2. SEO & Organic Reach
Assist in keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content optimization.
Improve ranking, impressions, and organic traffic across search engines.
Grow social media presence through consistent, engaging content.
 
3. Content Creation (Images + Videos)
Design marketing graphics using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or AI design tools.
Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style).
Create viral or high-engagement content for brand awareness.

4. Marketing Automation & Outreach
Execute bulk email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and workflow automations using CRM or automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
Set up automated sequences to reach 500–1,000 prospects per day (where permitted by platform policies).

5. Data Sourcing & Lead Generation
Use ethical and permitted methods to collect potential client contact information (industry directories, webinars, forms, public sources).
Manage large datasets of leads (50,000–100,000+) using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

6. Client Outreach & Engagement
Run outbound messaging campaigns to notify prospects about our services.
Draft personalized outreach messages for email, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp.

7. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track KPIs for ads, content, email performance, and automation workflows.
Create simple reports and dashboards summarizing results, trends, and insights.

8. AI-Integrated Content Management
Use AI tools to generate readable, SEO-friendly, and engaging content.
Maintain content that is linkable, accessible, and optimized for AI search platforms.
