We are looking for a motivated HR Systems & AI Integration Intern to support the digital evolution of our HR processes. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of HR, technology, and AI.
Assist in managing and optimizing digital HR systems.
- Coordinate with IT and HR teams to automate and enhance HR workflows.
- Support integration of AI tools into HR operations (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, analytics).
- Document requirements, test systems, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Research and suggest innovative tech solutions for HR efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong interest in HR tech and AI-driven solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes or systems is a plus.
Eligibility:Fresh graduates or final-year students in HR, Business, IT, or related fields.
