If your screen time is basically market research, you know your way around Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp automation, and AI tools—and you've launched campaigns that actually perform—we want to meet you.
We're looking for someone who loves creating content, automating workflows, analysing results, and staying ahead of digital trends.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- 📲 Create eye-catching WhatsApp Business content (brochures, graphics, videos & campaigns).
- 🤖 Build smart WhatsApp automation workflows for instant replies, lead capture, and customer engagement.
- 📢 Run compliant bulk WhatsApp campaigns that people actually open.
- 📧 Create and optimise email campaigns using Mailchimp, SendinBlue (Brevo), or similar platforms.
- 📊 Manage CRM databases and organise leads from job portals, emails, and other sources.
- 💰 Launch, monitor, and optimise Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- 📱 Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn with engaging content that drives results.
- 🎨 Design graphics and edit videos using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, DALL·E, and other AI tools.
- ✍️ Write SEO-friendly content for ads, landing pages, emails, and social media.
- 📈 Track campaign performance, analyse data, and continuously improve ROI.
🔥 You're a Great Fit If You
- Have 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Can show a portfolio of campaigns you're proud of.
- Know Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp Business tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
- Love using AI tools to work smarter and create better content.
- Are organised, creative, and can manage multiple projects without missing deadlines.
- Enjoy experimenting, learning, and keeping up with the latest digital trends.

- Know basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Have worked in recruitment, HR, or service-based businesses.
- Understand the UAE digital marketing landscape and local audience behaviour.
