We are a dynamic and growing HR Consultancy/Recruitment Agency based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in connecting top talent with businesses across various sectors. Our expertise spans domestic worker recruitment, as well as corporate hiring, for both GCC and European markets. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and help drive our recruitment operations, client relations, and business development efforts.

Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the GCC and European markets. This role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and placing domestic workers, as well as providing recruitment services for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within an HR consultancy or recruitment agency environment, with strong business development skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in Dubai and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients across various industries, with a focus on both GCC and European markets.
  • Understand client hiring needs, requirements, and company culture to effectively match candidates with roles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure satisfaction with placements.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by networking and conducting market research.
  • Drive growth for the agency by proactively sourcing and engaging new clients for recruitment services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees with clients.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the selection process, including organizing client interviews and providing feedback to both clients and candidates.
  • Prepare and present shortlists of candidates for client interviews.

Recruitment for Domestic Workers:

  • Manage recruitment for domestic workers, such as housemaids, nannies, caregivers, and drivers, catering to families and households in the GCC region.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment regulations, including visa processing, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Provide clients with guidance on domestic worker selection, placement, and legal requirements.

Market Research & Talent Pool Management:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market salaries, and recruitment best practices.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pool for both domestic and corporate recruitment needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of different sectors and geographies within GCC and European markets.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with local laws and regulations (UAE, GCC, and European regulations).
  • Maintain accurate records for all candidates, client communications, and recruitment processes.

Reporting and Performance Metrics:

  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, client satisfaction, candidate quality).
  • Regularly update management on the status of ongoing recruitment activities and pipeline.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
 - At least 3-5 years of experience working in recruitment, preferably with an HR consultancy or recruitment agency.
 - Proven experience in both domestic worker recruitment and corporate recruitment within the GCC and European markets.
 - Familiarity with the legal and regulatory requirements around recruiting domestic workers in Dubai and the broader GCC region.

Skills & Competencies:
 - Strong business development experience with a track record of securing new clients and driving revenue growth.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
 - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize effectively.
 - Deep understanding of talent sourcing techniques, including job portals, headhunting, and social media platforms.
 - Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
 - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is a plus.

Qualifications:
 - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
 - Relevant recruitment certifications would be an advantage.

Technical Skills:
 - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and recruitment software/tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
 - Knowledge of recruitment software and tools for candidate tracking and placement.
